Statement on Traffic Accident

KATHMANDU 28 MARCH

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nepal was made aware of a traffic accident that occurred in Kathmandu on 28 March involving a vehicle assigned to one of its nationally implemented projects. As a result, the rider of a motorcycle sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

UNDP is expecting the traffic police report into the accident.

Meanwhile, UNDP wishes the injured motorcycle rider a speedy recovery.
