Developed through the Scaling up Climate Ambition on Land Use and Agriculture (SCALA) project in collaboration with FAO, this business plan is based on field consultations with farmers, cooperatives, and stakeholders in key apple-growing districts of Karnali and Gandaki Provinces. It outlines a roadmap for enhancing domestic apple production, strengthening the apple value chain, and promoting sustainable, climate-resilient apple farming systems in Nepal.
