Country notes are two-page summaries of country-specific individual and household-level responses to shocks received during the pandemic. They are informative about the differential impact of COVID-19 across individuals differentiated by gender, age, educational attainment, and households differentiated by asset-ownership, location, and presence of children, among others. They are informative in themselves and an invitation to explore these data further in the context of policy design to ensure adequate responses.
Wave 2 includes modules on labor market engagement, income, coping mechanisms, gender, health, education, and early childhood.
