Our Team
The UNDP team in Angola is composed of competent and motivated professionals who give their best and believe in the mission of UNDP and the UN. Under the leadership of Resident Representative Denise António and Deputy Resident Representative Gabriel Dava, this team works for the good of all Angolans, leaving no one behind.
Legal framework
The UNDP Country Program Document for Angola 2020-2022 follows the guidelines of the Cooperation Framework between the Government of Angola and the United Nations for Sustainable Development (UNSDCF) 2020-2022, the National Development Plan 2018-2022, and other commitments. Funding and Delivery
To fulfill its mandate, UNDP relies entirely on voluntary contributions from UN Member States, multilateral organizations, the private sector, and other sources, in the form of unrestricted regular resources (core) and contributions earmarked for a specific theme, program, or project.
