Collection of works by the winners of national annual ‘Best research of judicial practice’ contest

This collection consist of researches by the winners of national annual ‘Best research of judicial practice’ contest. This contest recognizes exceptional analytical studies of judicial acts completed by students of the Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL) and the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED).

The ‘Best research of judicial practice’ contest focuses on analysis of judicial acts and other information publicly available on the Uzbekistan’s Supreme Court website. Students had to analyse up to 50 judicial acts and identify violations of substantive and procedural law there. Drawing on the principles of legality, objectivity, transparency, collegiality and equality, the contest seeks to challenge student’s legal knowledge, along with their abilities in scientific and statistical analysis.
