The report analyzes 53 ESCO pilot projects implemented in 10 partner cities. It reveals the energy- saving results achieved by ESCO contracts, as well as the success cases of exemplary projects.

The report was prepared within the framework of the project “Removing Barriers to Increase Investment in Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings in Ukraine through the ESCO Modality in Small- and Medium-Sized Cities”, which is financed by the Global Environment Facility and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine.
