UNDP in Ukraine

About us

In response to the unprecedented challenges following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, UNDP in Ukraine significantly scaled up its operations to play a pivotal role in the country's resilience and recovery.

The vision

UNDP’s vision is a green, inclusive, and resilient recovery that strengthens Ukraine’s institutions, revitalizes its economy, empowers communities, and accelerates EU‑aligned reforms.

Our integrated approach supports Ukraine across three core pathways:

This approach connects emergency stabilization with long‑term recovery and aligns with Ukraine’s EU integration priorities, national development goals, and the Sustainable Development Goals.
