Miodrag Dragisic
UNDP Deputy Resident Representative in Ukraine
Miodrag Dragisic is the Deputy Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in international development, crisis response and the private sector.
Prior to joining UNDP Ukraine, he served as Deputy Resident Representative for UNDP in Türkiye, providing strategic leadership for its country programme, strengthening partnerships and resource mobilization, and advancing economic recovery, sustainable livelihoods and humanitarian-development integration.
Previously, he held senior leadership positions with UNDP Montenegro, including eight years as Assistant Resident Representative, overseeing portfolios focused on EU integration, social inclusion, resilience and sustainable development.
His earlier career includes crisis response and post-conflict recovery work with the Danish Refugee Council across the Western Balkans, as well as private-sector experience with Telenor Montenegro.
Mr. Dragisic holds a degree in Economics from the University of Montenegro and master’s degrees in International Cooperation and Development from Sapienza University of Rome and Environmental Protection from the University of Montenegro.
