UNDP Recovery Framework for Ukraine

UNDP Recovery Framework for Ukraine
September 6, 2023
The UNDP Recovery Framework for Ukraine was devised in March 2022 in close consultation with the Government of Ukraine, development partners and UN agencies, and launched in April 2022; it is rooted in advancing a humanitarian-development response to the devastating impact and implications of the Russian invasion on 24 February 2022.
It is intended as a flexible framework, providing a programmatic vision and specific ‘solutions’ to meet the realities of a fast-moving context. One year after the war started, UNDP has revisited this framework adding granularity to its proposed priority areas and offering a set of ‘flagship interventions’ which build on UNDP’s existing country programme, global signature solutions and most importantly ensures context specificity to Ukraine.
