The report presents the results of pre-feasibility studies for 37 projects in 18 partner cities as regards the implementation of the new ESCO Solar Power Plants Model in hospitals and water supply facilities. This publication will be of interest for the representatives of communities and private investors and therefore will contribute to disseminating the practice of using SPPs at the facilities of critical infrastructure in Ukrainian cities.

The report was prepared within the framework of the project “Removing Barriers to Increase Investment in Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings in Ukraine through the ESCO Modality in Small- and Medium-Sized Cities”, which is financed by the Global Environment Facility and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine.
