During the period of 2022-2023, the project "Digital Aiymdar" was successfully implemented, covering the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions.
The main goal of this project is to enhance the economic opportunities and rights of women in these regions by improving their information, digital, leadership, and communication skills. Over the course of a year, 180 women aged 15 to 34, enrolled in the project, received training in information and digital courses of their choice.
As a result, in addition to IT and digital technology courses, 180 women from the three regions were able to enhance their qualifications by participating in specialized training on leadership and communication. Today, 50% of the 180 women who participated in the project are employed.
We share the stories of the participants of the "Digital Aiymdar" project.

Madina is a very passionate young woman who helps people, actively engages in volunteer work, and strives to contribute to the development of Kyrgyzstan. She is 18 years old and is taking her first steps in programming. But that's not her only passion.
"Last year, when mobile photography began to thrive in our city, I started to take an interest in this profession. Seeing how amazing photos and videos could be created with smartphones, I decided to study this field. Seeing the demand from the commercial sector for quality content, bright and colorful photos and videos for promoting their products and services, I realized that it was an excellent opportunity to earn a living. However, I felt that becoming a mobile photographer was almost impossible for me. I lacked self-confidence. I thought that to be a mobile photographer, you needed to have innate talent. I hesitated for a long time before applying for the "Sanarip Aiymdar" project, but once I made up my mind, I never looked back. The fantastic mobile photography course helped me develop my visual style and learn to choose the best angles, lighting, and composition to create attractive and aesthetic images. All of this helped me get one step closer to my goals. In the project, we were taught how to create a beautiful resume, make the right impression on employers and clients, pass interviews, and prepare a portfolio of work. Overcoming my doubts, I applied for the position of a mobile photographer at a toy store. Thanks to this, I have the opportunity to earn good money with a flexible schedule and favorable employment conditions. The stories of female speakers who have achieved significant success in the digital sphere and business inspired me, especially the story of Dinara Ruslan, who, starting from scratch, created a huge IT company. And she did it all without any privileges, connections, or financial resources, thanks to her persistence and determination. After her presentation, I decided that through my work as a mobile photographer, I would be able to save money for studying abroad and become a top-notch IT specialist in Kyrgyzstan."
