Nepal’s Integrated National Financing Strategy for Pro-Employment Economic Growth provides a nationally led framework to align public budgets, private investment, and development cooperation with job creation and sustainable development priorities.
Developed under the Integrated National Financing Framework (INFF) and led by the Ministry of Finance with support aupport from UNDP, the strategy responds to Nepal’s imminent LDC graduation and persistent employment challenges. It connects macro-fiscal policy with sectoral investments, climate and risk finance, and skills development. Anchored in six strategic pillars and a time-bound action plan, the strategy aims to mobilise and direct finance toward inclusive, climate-resilient, and employment-rich economic growth across all levels of government.
