During the period of 2022-2023, the project "Digital Aiymdar" was successfully implemented, covering the Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions.

The main goal of this project is to enhance the economic opportunities and rights of women in these regions by improving their information, digital, leadership, and communication skills. Over the course of a year, 180 women aged 15 to 34, enrolled in the project, received training in information and digital courses of their choice.

As a result, in addition to IT and digital technology courses, 180 women from the three regions were able to enhance their qualifications by participating in specialized training on leadership and communication. Today, 50% of the 180 women who participated in the project are employed.

We share the stories of the participants of the "Digital Aiymdar" project.

At the beginning of the project, Elina, who hails from Osh, was going through a challenging period in her life. She had always wanted to pursue a career in medicine and, after completing her education at a medical college, she began working at a clinic. However, the demanding work schedule, physical and emotional stress, led to serious burnout and started to negatively affect her well-being. She realized that she needed to make a change and explore new professional opportunities. At the same time, she knew that she didn't want to completely give up on medicine but desired a more flexible schedule and wanted to utilize internet technologies to provide medical assistance to people. However, her lack of experience in the field of internet marketing became a barrier to finding a suitable job in this area.

In addition to acquiring professional skills and competencies, the project helped Elina learn how to set clear goals and achieve results. Tools for planning and time management aided her in becoming more productive and organized. It also strengthened her leadership qualities and altered her approach to decision-making.

"I learned to take responsibility for my actions and decisions. These skills proved to be useful not only within the project but also in my professional and personal life. I can now freely express my thoughts and ideas, actively listen to and understand others, and build effective working relationships. As a result, this has improved my interactions with colleagues, clients, and partners."

Currently, Elina successfully balances her two favorite fields. She manages the social media pages of the best clinics and highly qualified doctors in Osh, and she plans to launch her own online speech therapy sessions for children, expanding access to services for speech disorder prevention, detection, and correction.
