PRMIS Leadership Training Delivered To Senior Police Officials In Dominica

Close to 30 senior police officers participated in the Leadership Training Session.
The session was facilitated by WPC Antonia Coutain of the Royal Grenada Police Force (centre, seated).
ROSEAU, DOMINICA - Senior leadership of the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force took part in a PRMIS Leadership Training Session at Police Headquarters on 14 April, demonstrating strong commitment to modern, secure, and efficient policing.
The Police Records Management Information System (PRMIS) offers a web-based records management systems for police records to support evidence-based decision making to enhance citizen security. Participants received a practical overview of the Police Records Management Information System (PRMIS), highlighting its functionality, operational benefits, and security features.
The initiative was coordinated by UNDP with funding from Norad - the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation. Among those present were Chief of Police Lincoln Corbette, Deputy Chief of Police Jeffery James, Assistant Chief of Police (Administration) Antonia Moses, as well as representatives from the Regional Security System (RSS) and UNDP Barbados and Eastern Caribbean. The training session was facilitated by WPC Antonia Coutain of the Royal Grenada Police Force.
In light of the high level of interest and engagement, a second Leadership Masterclass has already been requested as momentum continues for this regional collaboration that strengthens leadership, accountability, and public safety.
