Support for healthcare reform is being provided under the Local Governance and Decentralisation Reform Component of the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme. The main goal is to support the implementation of healthcare reform and strengthen the capacity of medical institutions in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
