This is a series of analytical materials on cybersecurity. The field of cybersecurity has become critical in recent decades, so issues of the effective management and proper regulation of this sphere are becoming issues of national security. The publications contain both analyses of the current state of affairs in Ukraine and best practices from around the world.

The reports were prepared by Lilia Oleksiuk, Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Lawyer, a non-staff consultant of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Digital Transformation.

The materials were developed under the EU-UNDP Parliamentary Reform Project, in cooperation with the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Digital Transformation.
