The report elaborates on key recommendations for designing Super ESCO in Ukraine, best practices of fefinancing energy efficiency investments, as well as recommendations for designing energy efficiency support schemes in Ukraine.

The report was prepared within the framework of the project “Removing Barriers to Increase Investment in Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings in Ukraine through the ESCO Modality in Small- and Medium-Sized Cities”, which is financed by the Global Environment Facility and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine.
