Kyiv, 15 May 2025 – CDTO Campus, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and with financial support from Sweden, on 15 May launched the “UNDP: Leadership Programme for Women Involved in Digitalisation of Public Services.”

The programme is designed for women professionals already working in the field of public sector digital transformation who seek to strengthen their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive effective change.

The programme brings together 25 participants – civil servants from across Ukraine – who have hands-on experience in digitalising public services and who actively contribute to the modernisation of public administration. They share a common goal: to make the state more efficient, transparent, and citizen-oriented through technology.

This programme is about a community of strong women who are making the state better,” says Maria Voitko, CОО of CDTO Campus. “We’re creating a space where each participant can grow her leadership potential and contribute to digital transformations that truly matter to people.”

The programme runs from May to September 2025 and includes 16 webinars and two in-person training sessions in Kyiv. The curriculum features interactive lectures, case study analysis, and hands-on workshops aimed at deepening participants’ expertise, assessing risks, and implementing effective governance solutions.

Particular attention is paid to the development of management skills, leadership, working with digital services, the implementation of innovations, and international approaches to digitalisation.

UNDP and CDTO Campus are implementing the leadership programme for the second year in a row, says Oksana Grechko, a specialist of the UNDP in Ukraine DIA Support Project

This programme is not just about learning – it creates a space for sharing experiences, establishing professional connections, and forming a powerful community of women professionals involved in the digital transformation of the country,” Grechko says. “We help participants deepen their understanding of digitalisation, develop leadership qualities, and soft skills, which inspire them for further professional growth. Our ultimate goal is to increase the representation of women in technical industries and in leading government positions, because they are the ones shaping the digital future of Ukraine.”

The programme is being implemented as part of the DIA Support project, which is implemented by UNDP in Ukraine with financial support from Sweden, and in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
