InukaAngaza Programme - Cohort 1

UNDP Tanzania is pleased to launch the first call for applications for the inaugural cohort of InukaAngaza, a flagship initiative aimed at equipping young people with practical skills, professional exposure, and career readiness competencies for an evolving world of work.

As labour market demands continue to evolve rapidly, young people are increasingly expected to navigate transitions between education, employment, entrepreneurship, and leadership in a highly dynamic environment. InukaAngaza is designed to bridge this gap by creating opportunities for students and young graduates to strengthen professional competencies, access mentorship, build networks, and engage directly with development practitioners and institutions.

The programme will bring together a diverse cohort of ambitious young people from across Tanzania for a structured virtual learning experience designed to support career growth, leadership development, and future readiness.
