This report shares early results from an ongoing review of development progress. The review will use a set of indicators to create league tables and compare progress at different levels - national, sub-national, and regional. A number of case studies will also be conducted to understand what drives progress. The report's main message is that achieving the Millennium Development Goals is possible, and progress is happening.
