This study provides an integrated socio-economic analysis linking Somalia’s persistent fragility with opportunities for inclusive growth and peacebuilding. Drawing on the Value Chain Analysis, Youth and Women Assessment, and Socio-Economic Desk Review, it shows that strengthening resilience requires connecting skills, finance, and governance reforms with highpotential value chains that can create dignified work for youth and women.
