The Reflections series synthesizes lessons from past evaluations to support organizational learning about what works and what doesn't. This paper examines past evaluations for lessons on stabilization and development in the following areas:

Based on evaluations from 15 countries, these lessons focus on the UNDP stabilization programme approach, linkages to development (stabilization and development nexus) and operational aspects.
