Modelling of projects in the system enables use of out of box processes, reporting and controls, and providing real-time access to a single source of “project truth” and real-time operational insights into the health of projects. 

Improved alignment of projects to results hierarchy

Project model aligns to organization’s results reporting structure, e.g., Country Programme documents to facilitate results monitoring and results-based donor reporting.

Embedded monitoring and reporting of project results

Ability to track and monitor against established project result framework KPIs, enabling the development of a comprehensive knowledge repository to better inform future and ongoing work. 

New customer relationship management tool to integrate with platform

Modern CRM tool ( for pipeline management will be integrated with Quantum to manage partnerships more effectively, and better align to actual business processes.

Reduction of multiple data entry

Integrated system with single point of data capture to reduce errors, e.g., streamline entry of donor agreements.
