Integrating PMD, learning and core HR data in one HR module



Your talent profile is synchronized with the recruitment, performance and learning modules, so keeping your profile updated takes less effort.  Key information that is securely retained in your employee file will be used to pre-fill online forms, so you don’t have to.  

You can import experience, education, skills, and competency data from other professional platforms to create a baseline. You can provide, receive, and request performance feedback at any time.

As a supervisor, you can view talent across your team and organization to recommend ideal roles for employees and u can view the skills of your team or search for employees with specific skills to fill a certain job.

New learning module 



New learning management system, linked with your talent profile and the talent lifecycle, will give recommendations on learning pathways to help you gain skills for your preferred job or role. You can access social learning where you can collaborate with colleagues and discover key contributors on topics of interest.

Time management 

Staff time and costs can be captured and traced to support project management and donor reporting. 

Modern recruitment process, question-based screening and integration with external tools


Improved recruitment flow provides increased transparency on the recruitment process to facilitate reduced recruitment times. Improved candidate experience through data import capabilities. 

Off cycle payroll

Ability to process non-recurring payroll payments e.g., education grant, salary advances, etc. Personnel receive a p\ consolidated view of staff payments on their pay slip. 

Real-time access to leave and absence entitlements

Access to real-time employee leave balances, no longer tied to payroll runs/cutoff dates, allowing for better workforce planning by managers and personnel can more accurately plan for leave.

Unified organization structure across platform

Organization structure is complete and consistent across business functions so reporting across areas are consistent and underpinned by the same data.
