The thematic Report on Gender in Angola, based on the findings of the 2023–2024 Multiple Indicator and Health Survey (IIMS), analyses key progress, inequalities and challenges in advancing gender equality in the country.

The publication provides evidence on disparities in access to education, sexual and reproductive health, employment, economic resources, decision-making and protection from violence, highlighting inequalities that particularly affect women in vulnerable situations. The report aims to contribute to national dialogue and support the development, implementation and monitoring of more inclusive and effective public policies.
