The Third National Communication of Georgia to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) was prepared in 2012-2015 and includes the national inventory of Greenhouse Gases (GHGs).  

The document was prepared by a group of decision makers, experts and other stakeholders coordinated by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia. The document was published with the financial support of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and technical support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Georgia.
