  • Growth of rural towns in Georgia: New centers of gravity – The policy brief attempts to answer the question of how Georgian rural towns can become centers of gravity either alone or through cooperation with other municipalities.
  • Raison d’être of rural development – The paper outlines the overarching purpose of rural development.
  • Policy interventions to respond to the economic impact of COVID-19 in rural Georgia -  Based on two potential scenarios in fighting COVID-19, this paper outlines the expected economic cost to the non-agricultural sector in rural areas of Georgia.
