Citizen Satisfaction with Public Services in Georgia. 2013

The present study examines the level of citizens’ satisfaction with the public services of local importance in Georgia.
The study explored the methods of the qualitative, quantitative and desk research. Four focus groups have been conducted in different regions of Georgia within the framework of the qualitative research, while the quantitative research consisted of 3400 face-to-face interviews with the adult population of Georgia.
The qualitative and quantitative research focused on the access to the state and municipal services and citizen satisfaction with the work of local self-governments.
The survey was carried out in 2013 by an independent Georgian company ACT with assistance from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Georgia, Swiss Cooperation Office for the South Caucasus, Austrian Development Cooperation.
