Roadmaps - Women Forum for Development

February 23, 2022

The Women Forum for Development (WF4D) was established under the auspices of the "Women in Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina" project, funded by Sweden and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in BiH.

The activities of the Women Forum for Development are focused on four priorities / areas that have been transformed into four roadmaps, namely:

1.     transformational leadership,

2.     dignified work,

3.     care economy and social innovation, and

4.     knowledge as a driver of development.

These roadmaps are also visions of the future for the four priority areas because in addition to mapping key challenges and problems, they also offer solutions.

Each of the four roadmaps represents short-term, medium-term and long-term activities, measures and solutions that the members of the Forum devised based on all the accumulated knowledge and experience.

Over 200 experts from all over BiH, from local self-governments, civil society organizations, women's groups, centers for social work, social entrepreneurs, business women and politicians participated in the development of road maps.
