This report presents the key findings of "The Second Rapid Assessment of the Socio-Economic Impact of COVID-19 on Persons with Disabilities," along with recommendations aimed at fostering inclusive and resilient societies. This assessment was carried out by the Action to the Community Development Institute in collaboration with UNDP,  from September 2021 to February 2022.

Spanning all 63 provinces in Viet Nam, the survey collected data from 1,792 respondents using diverse formats to ensure accessibility for individuals of all backgrounds. The report illuminates the adverse socio-economic repercussions of COVID-19 while acknowledging Viet Nam's resilient response and the invaluable lessons it offers for disability-inclusive governance.
