The Research Report on Enhancing the Index on Performance in Serving Citizens and Businesses and the Mechanism for Updating the Progress of Administrative Procedures was conducted by the Institute for Vietnam Initiatives and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam. The study identifies existing issues and recommend enhancements to the index. Additionally, the report provides analyses and recommendations on improving the progress update mechanism for administrative procedures, thereby enhancing communication between public administrative agencies and citizens and businesses.
