Enhancing Digital Transformation in the Health Sector in Viet Nam “A Case Study on Application of Electronic Health Records in Lang Son, Binh Thuan and Tay Ninh Provinces”

The study Enhancing Digital Transformation in the Health Sector in Viet Nam “A Case Study on Application of Electronic Health Records in Lang Son, Binh Thuan and Tay Ninh Provinces” focuses on identifying and analyzing the main bottlenecks in the implementation of EHRs in the provinces of Lang Son, Binh Thuan and Tay Ninh. These provinces, which have significant ethnic minority populations and come from the three main regions of Viet Nam—North, Central, and South. The report also proposes several solutions for better deployment and effective use of EHRs in the future, also to support citizens to access to more convenient and cost-saving public healthcare servicesand policy recommendations to gradually address the challenges in application of EHRs.
