32 schools, 18 kindergartens, and 4 rural medical clinics will be constructed or renovated between 2025–2028 in 60 mahallas located in rural areas of the Surkhandarya region. 

These activities will be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, with financial support from the Islamic Development Bank.
