Operations Manager at UNDP Ukraine since 1 April 2021
Agnes has over 15 years of experience in UN Operations Management. Before joining UNDP Ukraine, she served as a Programme Finance Assistant (1997 – 2002) and later as a Head of Resource Management Unit (2001 – 2014) of UNDP Bratislava Regional Center. In 2014 Agnes supported UNFPA CO in Sierra Leone as Operations Manager during the Ebola outbreak.
Since 2015, Agnes has been working in Pakistan as Operations Manager initially with UNFPA, and as of November 2018 with UNDP.
She holds a master’s degree of Environmental Chemistry and Technologies from the Slovak Technical University, Bratislava.

Olena has been working with UNDP Ukraine for over 15 years now. Throughout these years, she has coordinated projects and initiatives aimed at advancing the democratic policies and practices needed to accelerate progress on sustainable human development. These included support for enhancing the capacities of civil society organisations for participating in decision-making, advancing democratic reforms and promoting human rights; promoting openness, transparency and accountability of state bodies and local governments through open data, open budgets, and citizen-driven innovations for better public services. Prior to joining UNDP Ukraine, from 2001 to 2004, Olena worked with private consultancy firm Continent-Consulting Ltd, supporting consultancy projects for the local and regional authorities of Ukraine.
Olena holds a diploma in Finance from Ostroh Academy National University. She is married and has three children.

For over 10 years, Oleksandr has been providing top notch expertise and strategic planning advice on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues to the private-sector and governmental organizations, including the European Commission, the Office of the President of Ukraine and the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative Germany.
His work often focuses on green and sustainable financing, ESG risk assessment, supply chain financing and non-financial reporting. In 2016, Oleksandr founded the Center for Blended Value Studies (CBVS) at Kyiv National Economic University, which was awarded as the Top Learning Organization in the field of Sustainable Development and Green Economy by the UN Global Compact. In 2018, CBVS has been acknowledged by the Working Group for Economic Administration (Arbeitskreis für wirtschaftliche Verwaltung e.V.) as a "leading Think Tank" in Eastern Europe.
Oleksandr worked as an Associate Professor of Finance at Kyiv National Economic University, as well as a Research Associate at the Helmholtz-Center for Environmental Research (Leipzig, Germany).
Stas has joined UNDP as Team Leader for Inclusive Development, Recovery and Peacebuilding on 6 December 2021.
Before joining UNDP, he worked in the cooperation section of the European Union Delegation to Ukraine. He oversaw the EU’s conflict response portfolio and managed programmes and projects with international organizations, civil society, consultancies, and academic institutions. All in all, Stas spent almost 15 years at the EU office where he also worked as press and information officer and human rights and civil society programme manager for Ukraine and Belarus.
Before the EU, Stas’s experience included positions with the US Embassy and the US Peace Corps in Ukraine.
Stas has university degrees in economics and linguistics and holds an MBA from the Kyiv School of Economics.
