Livelihood Improvement in Tajik– Afghan Cross-border Areas (LITACA) Phase-2
Project is funded by the Government of Japan through JICA at the total amount of US$ 3.8 million with the duration of January 2018 – December 2020. The Project is implemented in both sides of the Tajik-Afghan border and aims at promoting security and stability in the region through reducing poverty, supporting economic development and promoting cross-border collaboration between the communities along the Tajik-Afghan border.
