Advancing Tajikistan’s Diplomatic Excellence for Sustainable Development

This project aims to strengthen the institutional and professional capacity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan by equipping young diplomats, particularly women, with the essential skills required to effectively perform their functions.  It provides thematic diplomatic training, structured foreign language courses, and access to global learning opportunities. The initiative also introduces digital tools such as e-learning platforms. To modernize learning and improve accessibility, the project also introduces digital solutions such as e-learning platforms and enhances training infrastructure. In addition, it provides technical and organizational support for flagship events like the International Glacier Conference.

By equipping a new generation of diplomats with modern tools and international exposure, the project supports more effective and inclusive implementation of Tajikistan’s foreign policy.
