The “Reference Guide for the Judiciary on Domestic Violence”, published in 2024 with UNDP support under the USAID-funded Stop GBV Project, serves as a practical tool for Tajik judges. It offers clear guidance on ensuring survivor-centred and trauma-informed access to justice in cases of gender-based violence. Developed with the Supreme Court of Tajikistan, the Guide promotes gender-responsive, fair, and sensitive handling of GBV cases in line with international standards.
