13 November 2025 - The Office for Information Technology and eGovernment, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), is extending the deadline for applications from organizations in the field of cybersecurity to participate in the implementation of the Cyber District initiative.

The Cyber District, located within the House of eGovernment, is a specialized space for the development, testing, and promotion of solutions in the field of cybersecurity and the application of artificial intelligence in this domain. It focuses on supporting the public sector, businesses, and the academic community. The aim of the activities within the Cyber District is to foster knowledge transfer, drive digital transformation, and strengthen the overall cyber resilience of public administration, the private sector, and society as a whole.

Organizations selected through this public call will implement activities within the Cyber District with the support of the Office for Information Technology and eGovernment and are expected to contribute to the following goals:

• Strengthening the culture of cybersecurity and digital responsibility

• Enhancing knowledge and skills in the public and private sectors

• Providing infrastructural support for innovation and technological development

• Promoting collaboration and networking

• Supporting the application of science and technology transfer in practice

• Contributing strategically to the development of public policies

In line with the goals of this Call and the public interest, the Office for Information Technology and eGovernment will provide selected organizations from the field of cybersecurity with access to the Cyber District’s infrastructure, IT and network infrastructure, data centers, and cloud resources. Selected organizations will also receive support in cooperation with the public sector, as well as communication, mentoring, and strategic support.

The deadline for submitting applications is 20 November 2025.
