The courage, eagerness to learn, and commitment to personal growth were demonstrated by 52 participants who successfully completed courses under the project "Click by Click: Digital and Language Skills for Employability and Professional Development," supported by the European Union.

This inspiring project is implemented by the Nahla Center for Education and Research – Bihać Branch and began in March this year. The project was developed in response to the fact that unemployed women, as well as many employed women, have limited access to free and continuous non-formal education programmes, which negatively affects their employment prospects, professional development, and career advancement.

In the long term, these training courses will contribute to greater employability, professional stability, social inclusion, and the economic empowerment of women and young people in Bihać by strengthening their digital and communication skills through an accessible and high-quality non-formal education system.

The project is supported through the Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 3 (ReLOaD3), funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in partnership with 14 municipalities and cities across Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the City of Bihać.

Through this project, participants had the opportunity to attend free-of-charge, dynamic, and practical courses in IT Literacy Skills (basic computer skills), Design with Canva, and English Language (A1 and A2 levels).

"This project was designed in an exceptionally thoughtful and useful way. It helped me not only improve my English language skills but also overcome barriers and become more confident in communication. Beyond the knowledge I gained, the greatest value of this project has been the wonderful women I met over the past months and with whom I shared these unforgettable moments," said Edina, a participant in the A1 English language course.

Emina, a participant in the IT Literacy Skills course, also had only words of praise for the programme. "This was the perfect opportunity to reinforce the knowledge I already had while also learning completely new digital skills. The classes were outstanding, thanks above all to our instructor, who showed incredible kindness, patience, and understanding towards all of us. I leave feeling happy, fulfilled, and hopeful that I will soon have the opportunity to attend another course."

The project will continue until December this year and will maintain the same momentum with four additional highly valuable courses: two advanced Excel groups, as well as further English language training at the B1 and B2 levels.
