The Inclusive Governance Initiative (IGI) is a regional project that aims to support countries to include sexual and gender minorities in national efforts to achieve the SDGs and to promote and protect human rights. This baseline report provides a high-level analysis of the Namibia context and also a baseline assessment for the monitoring and evaluation needs of the project going forward.
