UNDP Lebanon would like to inform you that the decommissioning of ATLAS eTendering started on 1 October 2022. From that point forward, new tenders will only be possible through Quantum, while open tenders can be completed in ATLAS. Offers must be submitted directly in the system following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ using the profile you may have in the Quantum portal. In case you have never registered before, follow the Supplier Portal Registration Link to register a profile in the system.Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

In light of the above, two webinars will be organized on 19 October 2022 at 11:00 AM (Beirut time) and 25 October 2022 at 6:00 PM (Beirut time).
