Energy Access Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) Development project has been formally launched in January 2018, building upon previous experiences from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Green Villages Initiative implemented in Tajikistan and Kyrgyz Republic. The project is funded by Organization for Petroleum Export Countries (OPEC) Fund for International Development (OFID) and implemented by Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Development (CREEED). The narrative report tells about different initiatives in Kyrgyzstani regions realized within the project.
