A BLEND OF HERITAGE VALUES PRESENTED BY KOSOVO YOUTH

Kosovo is the youngest society in Europe with more than half of its population under the age of 25, and approximately 65% under 30 years of age. It is a natural choice for the EU funded “Cultural Heritage as a Driver for Intercommunity Dialogue and Social Cohesion” project to work with them as bearers of multi-cultural values in Kosovo. These values have been catalytic in bringing the youth together to deepen their appreciation for Kosovo’s rich and diverse cultural heritage.

Enthusiastic and innovative, youth are serving as best advocates for protecting and promotion of cultural heritage in Kosovo through a variety of initiatives.

Throughout several months, Urma, Elsa, Gynesh and Kaltrinё, were engaged in a noble purpose - to showcase Kosovo’s heritage and make it accessible to other communities. They used their passion for teaching, music, and arts, to do so Advocates of Romani language.
