Jamaica Resilient Recovery Initiative

Following Hurricane Melissa, the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) declared the entire country a disaster area and prioritized rapid debris clearance, livelihood restoration, and energy solutions to facilitate early recovery and reconstruction. In support of these efforts, UNDPs Jamaica Resilient Recovery Initiative (JARRI) will provide technical and financial assistance to stabilize communities, restore livelihoods, and help national authorities and key sectors Build Forward Better by integrating resilience measures throughout the recovery process
