High in the hills of Clarendon, many of the 1500 residents of Thompson Town had to fetch water on the back of a donkey or on their heads. Things changed when the UNDP-implemented Japan Caribbean Climate Change Partnership rehabilitated a communal water tank and its sloping water harvesting area.
