The Future is Circular: Uncovering Circular Economy Initiatives in Indonesia is presented to identify and document circular economy practices that have been implemented in Indonesia, including initiatives in the 5 priority sectors of the circular economy (food and beverages, textiles, construction, plastic, electronic). The book showcases the real pictures of circular economy principles within the activities of the government agencies, enterprises, SMEs, and community organizations, which have the potential to bring positive impacts on environmental, social and economic in 2030. There are 6 (six) chapters included in the book, which covers the interlinkages between circular economy and low carbon development in Indonesia, challenges and strategy to replicate each initiative that have been identified. The book also summarizes and reflects on the circular economy practices as well as the potential available to realize the circular economy transition in Indonesia.
