The Business and Human Rights programme at UNDP India in collaboration with Amfori and Indo-German Chamber of Commerce conducted Human Rights Due Diligence training (HRDD) for the textile, real-estate, and construction sector in April 2022. HRDD is increasingly required by companies in India to collect, improve, and communicate their ESG efforts and score. This report evaluates the recently concluded training from the perspective of participant demographic, expectations, survey results as well as pre- and post-training assessment scores.
