The Business and Human Rights programme at UNDP India in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) conducted Human Rights Due Diligence training (HRDD) for the automotive and auto-components and extractive sector in August 2022.

HRDD is increasingly required by companies in India to address and mitigate their human rights challenges. This report evaluates the recently concluded training from the perspective of participant demographic, expectations, survey results as well as pre and post-training assessment scores.
