In 2025, UNDP India organized a series of capacity-building workshops across four cities to strengthen organizational readiness for disability inclusion. Bringing together over 125 private sector and SME representatives, the sessions addressed legal frameworks, accessible infrastructure, inclusive hiring, and attitudinal barriers. 

This learning note highlights actionable insights and collaborative pathways to advance workplace inclusion of persons with disabilities in India.
