This report examines Georgia’s export transport system and highlights the logistics challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in accessing European markets.

It provides an overview of the policy and institutional landscape and offers targeted recommendations, including short-term quick wins (actions achievable within 0–12 months) and medium-term measures aimed at systemic reform over 12–36 months.
